hi, my fellow Neverwinter fans!
i`d like to talk about the release date. here is a link to a topic in BioWare forum: http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewto...hlight=release i personally would be really pissed off if it would be released august or later. i dreamed about a nice loong NwN playing school holiday and this would scare the s**t out of me. hey, what was the original release date(the one BioWare at first were spreading?) before "Summer 2002"? |

I saw the forum said that Infograms stated that NWN would ship on the second of july. Humph. I too (and a bunch of my friends) were looking forward to a mind numbing amount of NWN during our break from school. sigh.
I wouldn't let it worry you too overly much. I imagine that the game will be bug filled and have some problems at the start. I just don't want it to be unplayable. DeSoya

i would wait until NEXT year if it meant better playability. if they rush it, then it will be full of bugs, and might stink (like pools of radiance) hopefully it will be out SOON, and with no problems.

Nah, I'm guessing a Gold date of first week in July, and we will have it by the middle of July. They are starting the beta fairly soon and it "shouldn't" take too long. They have extensively tested the game in house, hence the slipping release date since last fall, and I think the beta will be very short.
That's my take. Not the gospel though. |

Bob McCabe statement on this year`s E3:
-NWN is essentially done. The E3 build will be tweaked, but the game has the features and options it will have at release. -They expect to go Gold in "early June" -They expect to ship in June avault.com have updated their pc release date today, and got it listed as 18th june... fingers crossed [img]smile.gif[/img]

Finally! I've been searching all over the place looking for a release date, and now I'm content to wait as long the middle of July. The dramatic wait will only make the realization all the more delicious.
