Online Play: Leaving And Rejoining

Say, I Was In An Online Game. Then, Say I Had To Go, For Some Reason (E.g Feed The Pet Mongoose [img]tongue.gif[/img] )
How Do I Rejoin The Game, And How As The Same Person Etc... DETAILS!!!

To rejoin the game all you need to do is find that server again.

Now to use the character that you were before..you have to save the character. Hit 'O' the oh letter key to bring up the options menu. Then on the top at the right is the save character button.

When you find that server and join the game again you have your player list of saved characters on the left.

One thing im not sure about is if you have a server character that you have been using in a mod that only allows server characters...then you join another mod that only allows server characters... Will your server character from the first mod be there? Or was that character specific to that mod?? Im not sure. You can save your local characters, the character you are doing single player with in the same way. If you click on server details at the game spy servers list you can see if the server allows local characters or not.

Server characters are only usable on that server, if you try to go from server to server vault play only. You can save a copy of that character on your system for use in other local vault games though. In other words, the copy of the server vault character exists only on THAT server. If you have a server to server, the program will automatically create a copy from the one server to the other server, but only if it is scripted correctly (you won't see any of this, it happens in the background). So, hope that helps answer your question.
