Stronger than he was before....
Faster. Smarter. More polys... Skin meshed!

I wanted to redo Choc with a better look, since he IS the king at IW, and must be appeased. Anyway, THIS model I am doing is almost done. I am now rigging his body parts with 'bones' and his actual mesh is all one piece, as apposed to a bunch of pieces that look a bit odd when animated. It looks more organic. Rigging is one of the more harder things to do in Max, but I learned it. Here is him in the building chamber..er, in Max3D.

Does this say anything about the progress of the module? Looks awsome by the way!

Looks good, or will when it's finished. Nice lines though.
I hope he doesn't, Cloudy, that could be painful.

OMG! Just finished it, and OH WOW! Amazing... using a 1 piece model is SO much nicer looking--yet harder to make, but it's worth it for Choc'ster.. I'll post a screenshot of him (with his textures and in game tomorrow)

I still say something should be done with the old model. You said something about a "one piece" model vs. a "multipiece" model. If that is the case, is it possible to actually add other pieces to the original Choc model? If so, technically you could have the basis for a basic (yet completely unheard of) baby (or mini-) displacer beast model, for one thing. As well, such a model could have wings added to it, or horns for that matter? As usual, I am speaking from the end-user's point of view, and not from one who has to actually put all this stuff together.
