Ok if dragons are out. Here is what I would want to be. I would want to be a Succubus like the Fall from Grace character in my sig. The reason being is she has a 30 % magic resistance, 100 % resistance to normal fire,electricity, poison, 50 % resistance to cold, magic fire and gas attacks and she also has Energy Drain and she is also Lawful Neutral like my aligment test showed

Since my absolute favorite setting is, and always has been, the Underdark I'd have to go with a monster from that region. That in mind I'd go with a Drow if they are considered monsters (which they are according to older Monstrous Manuals), or a Drider.
