I havent verified this but i found it on another forum and it may come in useful.
If you are jupming around or something and manager to get yourself stuck in the scenery (you know, like stuck on a rock or half in half out of a tree or whatever) open the console with the '~' key and type in : fixme this is supposed to fix it. i'll try to verify next time i get stuck, it happens every once in a while.

yes i use that often.. everyime you jump into a rope walkway or something and you get stuck and cant get out. works like a charm.
