is there any way to keep my stolen stuff if i get caught comiting a crime.cuz i stole the key to the vault in redran and i like my ebany and glass armour i took from there,but every time i get caught they take it all so anyone plz tell me how to keep my stuff

Join the thief guild.
When you get a bounty on your head instead of messing with guards meet the thief guild guy (in Balmora for example) and pay him instead: 1/ You can keep your stuff 2/ You only pay half the bounty Alternatively just before getting caught drop all your stolen stuff on the ground, then pay the bounty then get your stuff again. Or if you got something taken away you find the evidence chest or wait a while and go steal it again from the orginal person.

tried this once before the patch, havent tried it since i installed the patch, but if you go to the guy in Ald-ruhn that takes the price off of your head, and drop all but 1 gold on the ground, and then ask him to take the price off of your head, he will ask for $xxx amount of gold, but it will still work with only one in your inventory.
A friend of mine with the xbox version discovered this exploit.

Kill guard? Does not always work because the minute you hit him, the game adds more bounty... At least that is what has happened to me with some guild hit quests without witnesses... Saved, restarted PC and it worked as expected... I have not explored this problem yet because I have been RP good aligned characters...
