Yeah, I lived in St. Louis for most of my life...
... there was a two year period there, in the latter half of high school, when I went to every single home game. There's a train station right next to my old house, and we used to come back home thoroughly wasted after every game & then have school the next day

I'm pulling for the Astros for two reasons:
As a KC fan, I always root against the Redbirds. Secondly, I love Beltran. I can't believe everyone is "discovering" him only now, after so many good years in KC. The Royals are like the witness protection program of MLB. Unfortunately, contrary to my vote, I think the Cardinals will win now that Houston has used their two good pitchers. |
