it looks interesting to me. I think it will work the only concern i have is with dragons but the ni tend to melee more than others.

Looks ok. Just one outsider "Edwin". He is evil. You could let Aeria join instead. She is good and the second best spellcaster in the game.

IMHO an assassin shouldn't be in a good party.
Other than that slight roleplaying disagreement your party is fine. @Karse Soze Edwin is the best spellcaster in the game
