After i type the thing under program modes what happens and can i use it fo multiplayer

If it works right then when you put it over antoher character in the game then it will add them to your party for you to control. For instance, you can add a chicken to your party!

WARNING: Be careful using it on characters essential to the plot. It can cause a Dialogue lockup where they won't speak to you and you become stuck in the game.

And yes, it does work in multiplayer.

The game is also known to crash when you ask for the inventory or record screen of certain ctrl-q'ed npcs.
