I had a fighter with const 17= +3 hit points so in level 5 i had 5*(10+3)=65 hp,so i raised his constitution with a tome to 18=+4 hp so immediatelly my hp were 5*(10+4)=70 hp..I think that this is very strange cause level ups is like aging to me ,i think that he should from level 6 and after had a +4 hp in level ups..what do u think?

I think the way it's done is right: when a character gets higher CON, he gets stronger. But he's still the same person. I can follow what you are saying, but a character isn't actually built up in levels, if you know what I mean. The whole level up thingy is just there to create some order in the character development.

And does constitution have something to do with the damage you receive when you are hit, or the chance to get poisoned ??

Isn't it true that constitution increases the rate at which you heal?

Constitution shold also affect how many points you get back by resting.

a character with a very high con( 20 and above) will regenerate hp over time. Only a dwarf who uses the tome or a hacked character will ever get this benefit. Also in the ad&d p&p rules dwarfs and halflings get a bonus to their saving throws vs poison and spell depending on how high their con is. I dont know if they applied these rules in the bg series.
