Need Help

I'm suddenly unable to get into my multi-player game where I'm playing 6 of my own characters. I can only get to the screen that asks for session and password. I hit load game and nothing happens, I even tried new game and still nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game,nothing. I also did a full install. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance

if you have already started the game, and have a save game, you should try moving the multiplayer save game file, in the directory mpsave, into the single player save game file. You can still play all your new charicters, and if you ever want to edit them, you can do it with shadow keeper.

however if you do not have a current save, thios method will not work for you.

If you have bg 1 installed, you *might* be able to change the charicters in your last auto save game,(if it wasn't a multiplayer game, move the auto save file into the mpsave directory) if you have compleated it.
This would place you outside the temple of bhaal under the city Baldurs gate. You then need to defeat sarevok, and then use the final game save, as a starting point for a SINGLE player game in SOA. This might work, i don't see why it wouldn't.
you may however need to play around with exp levels and memorised spells with shadow keeper or items in hand, if you need any help with this, send me a private message

Actually I am currently playing my multi game in my single player mode. The only problem is that I'd rather play through multi player. This way I can rotate a few characters in and out. I can't do this in single player. I need to fix this problem somehow. Thanks

oh, i see, sorry i must have misunderstood. I dont know if this makes a difference, if your playing a multiplayer game by yourself, but you need to make the cach size 512mb, it might not make a difference though, you may want to check it though.
