Was I supposed to install the latest BG2 even if I have the latest version of TOB installed? OR does all the fixes in the latest BG2 not TOB patch come with the TOB expansion?

uh...uh...I'm a little confused, but this is how you should install...

Yeah but I installed TOB right after installing BG2. And then the beta TOB patch and then the latest TOB patch.
