What was your best character

My best character was a level 39 kensai, he had a grand master with katana, and long sword though usually he used two katanas. I was trying to get him to level 40 but my hard drive crashed and erased all my baldurs gate stuff. That was without a doubt the best character ive ever had.

My best character was a 29th level mage that was wielding 4 9th level spells. One thing that i found that worked was absolute immunity along with black blade of disaster to create and absolute fighting machine. He also had the staff of the the Magi, boots of speed, cloak of spell deflection, robe of the good archmagi, the Errine sling +6 along with a bullet bag that created unlimited +2 bullets, a ring of wizardry, and a ring of acquity, and the ioun stone that raises amor class. I must say that he rocked. I used the same mage from Candlekeep all the way through Throne of Bhaal.

Lvl 40 Berserker/Cleric
Lvl 9 berserker, dual to Cleric.. Neutral Evil..
Dual wielding Flail of Ages +5 and Crom Faeyr..
Grand mastery in flails and war hammers..
with chaotic command, death ward, resist fear, globe or blades/blade barrier...
ultimate fighting machine...

Level 50 solo sorceress

Had no problem at all. Hit ToB XP cap in Underdark in SoA

Could summon 40 planetars in 2-3 seconds of game time (less than a round). Anyone ever seen the end-boss overwhelmed by planetars??? Or imagine some 40 comets falling on her poor head

Abazigal even didn't manage to get into my sigh.. died... poor little lizard!

And, finally, when almost all of my spells are used up (impossible situation, but still...) I go to the pocket plane and cast Wishes. After 2-3 tries all my spells are completely restored so that massacre of innocent Demogorgans can be continued
