When you come to ToB, your task *is* to kill other Bhaalspawns. As daan mentioned, you'll run across a whole town of them, plus that you have to fight seven very strong yourself: Illasera, Gromnir Il-Khan, Yaga-Shura, Sendai, Draconis, Abazigal and Balthazar.
