Is there anyway to change the install size without reinstalling the game? If I install everything will I still need to change CDs?

There is no way to change the size of your installation without reinstalling. If you do a full install, I don't think you'll have to change discs, but I'm not a hundred percent sure.

why don't you just de-install the game? and then re-install the FULL one (custom, selecting everything) ? your save games will kept save if you de-install, so what's the problem anyway?....

If you do a full (custom with all items selected) install, you will have to have a disc in the drive, but the disc-swapping will be a thing of the past!!
