THAC0, magic, and time

My THAC0 keeps changing, it'll go from 10 to 6 and back to 10, as far as I know nothing on the paper doll changes and no spells are cast. Is it supposed to do this?

What is a Rule with wearing more than one magical item? I've tried to equip stuff and it'll say "Cannot equip due to other magical influence"

Here's something weird, when I load my game the title says something like "Chapter 5 107 Days 21 Hours" But the ingame clock says "109 Days 4 Hours" why is it different?

1)Perhaps you are changing your weapon?

2)You often can't wear magical armor with rings and cloaks of protection. If you want to wear say, the ankheg armor, then take of your ring of protection.

3)I don't know, but this has happened to me as well and has caused no harm, so I don't really think it matters.

i've noticed the discrepancies in the game clock vs. the save screen times, and i think that it might have something to do with the prologue not counting against your save clock.
