You should talk to the gypsy - she has a quest for you. And she also has the object of a guild quest.

The raft (float?) is the only water transportaion in this part of the game. The warship and boat house will come much later.

For entertainment, kill her.
For Quest purposes, keep her alive (for now). She wants the Serpent Wand, you get that later in the game, in the Serpent Temple. She will open up the room where she keeps her treasure, if you retrieve the Wand. Did I mention killing her is fun?

Teval, your English is just fine. We understand you well!

As Nano says, it's best to keep Harespia alive until you give her the Serpent's Wand. She'll open up a large underground vault with a chest that has some good things in it (at least 1 ankh, if I remember).

Nano, how is killing her fun?? She didn't do a thing when I tried killing her.

The only thing I might find fun about killing Harespia is that she would finally be quiet (I didn't kill her, though). Her talking in circles was very annoying to me!

me, i liked to kill her because her cry (sound?) was buggin me.... so she is in another world. I've never tried to give her the serpent wand and i finished the game so.... kill her it doesn't matter!!!!!

I agree with skywalker

wait until you finish the quest, then you can kill if you wish.
now some had said that she didn't fight back but She did with me! (mostly Slow spells!)
