Is there anyway to kill Kerah? I mean, most of the time she's invulnerable but is there a way to kill her when you fight her? Her HP regenerates when she changes back into the demon creature but has anyone found a way to inflict enough damage to kill her? I think it's possible because I found a sound file called something like "KerahDeath" in one of the sound folders. If anyone knows how PLEASE let me know so I can try it out!

I could certainly kill anephas in the shrine, but I don't think the game lets you take out Kerah. I like to try as many possible endings as I can, so I'm fairly certain that I tried and failed. I think she was like the Shrine version of Anephas - completely impervious.

Jut to test this out, I tried one time to take out Kerah while she was possesed. I was a 170th level Zen Master (solo game) and using some killer weapons. I just whaled on her again and again without giving her the holy water to see what would happen. I even spelled up with Heroic Might, Frenzy, Bless, Nimble, Haste, and Bloodlust just to maximize the damage.
I found that I could take her health bar deep into the red, but every time I was within 3 or 4 whacks of her being dead, she regenerated. I may give it a try with my 3 character party that all have killer weapons to see what happens, but in the solo game she just kept regenerating. Every time I got close to killing her, she regenerated. After about the 10th time, I gave up and gave her the holy water. She didn't seem to take offence that I had not given the water to her before. If she told Anephas how long it took me to give her the water, he didn't mention it. But I think he hesitated a little bit longer before offering to take the Mavin Sword from me. I think he was debating on whether or not to let me die from my own mistakes or to keep the Mavin in safe keeping. I guess he figured that if the Mavin let me get away with the things that I did, it was never going to consume me and it was better that he keep the sword. Knarfling |
