Come on, log on and have a killing good time!! The more people I see playing, the more it makes me hurry to get new stuff done . Show yer support! Adopt a dwarf TODAY!

Just want to make sure the work I'm putting into this is worth it, and seeing the server empty a lot makes me worry sometimes. I know there are low periods in activity, but it helps to see the server being used and enjoyed .

I know I haven't added a new mega level in a while, so I will open level 14 in a few days. I also have another level I may thow at ya too! You should like it!

I think i started a trend by killing Cookie. He ends up as a mad goblin hunting you down to the very ends of the dungeon...you can imagine that it can become quite annoying...

Oh, to keep the thread on topic...i just joined and will play for HOURS after May 9th (an important examinations day)

Heya there Marathon and shadowolf03. I may have run into the pair of you as one of my incarnations as of recent. In any case, I have not been spending time on the server mainly due to sickness and wanting to get some quality sleep in. It seems I may have picked up one of those newer influenza virii floating around, so a lot of my usual online time is being consumed by - well,to be honest - sleeping. I should be back online on a more frequently in the weeks to come.

Just checked out the new basement areas! Didn't have much time but I got the badges and the item....and find that I still get 'merchant's reaction is unfavorable' when talking to Durnan with my Paladin, Thistleberry. Is that normal?

I`ve started a cleric figther with weapon specialisation bastard sword, but after seeing a possible No-Dachi weapon, i might start a new one! Can someone tell me if one can specialise in the hak pak weapons?

In response to the unfavourable situation...

you can exit the conversation and try Durnan again...since you`re a Paladin you should be able to get Durnan to like you and sell you things cheaply, especially when you wear the item given after the isignia mission...

It will also depend on your appraise skill, Cloudy. And whether or not you dumped any points in it or not. That's what is checked when you talk to merchants that run the check. If the item gives you bounuses, that's all good, but, like a ring of hiding, if you have no hide skill, it's worthless.

Unfortunatly no. The Weaepon Spec feats are all hard coded. The only way to do it is if Z takes away say light maces and replaces them with that CEP weapon. Then you take weapon spec for the light mace and it would then apply to your CEP weapon.

Thanks Shadowolf and roberthebard! I don't think she has any appraise points...but I may have put a few there, will have to look. Her item from the quest adds 5 to it though. How high does it have to be to get a 'favorable' reaction? I did get favorable from the armorer in Waterdeep a few minutes after I left the Inn, so I know she can do it... LOL
