Does anyone else think this is just about the most powerful and rousing orchestra music piece ever written? It's the one played during the lighting of the war beacons. Just got it, and listening to it a few times just made me decide to get a better sound system (current is from the 70s ) Truly wonderful.

That is by far my favourite piece of music from these 3 movies. I'm thinking I might put it on my MP3 player

Does anyone know the name of that piece of music they play when Gandalf uses magic or does something 'magic-like'?
In ROTK it was when he banished the nazgul on the field, a stream of light poured from his staff and the holy, choir-theme plays. I'd really like to get it i someone can tell me the name of it please do?

It's the "Minas Tirith" piece on the official soundtrack.

Errr..no that wasn't it . The choir is there for a sec yes but it is not the theme I was looking for. I could almost guess it was a 'Gandalf theme' but haven't a clue of the name.
