Solitary
The only reality show actually worth a damn. Anyone following this one? It's about 9 people being locked up into absolute solitude, with only a computer voice keeping them company, who also subjects the contestants to all kinds of mental and physical tests in order to break them.

Spiritwarrior, do you get Fox Reality Channel? Not sure if a regular cable plan includes it, but if you have the high def channels you should have that too. Here's the link to their website: http://www.foxreality.com/show.php?id=2836 Basically they put 9 people in these pods and pretty much torture them with lack of food and sleep. The also participate in wacky contests that are geared to drive them batty as well. Half the time the contestants don't even know if they are winning or what is going on with the others (i.e. the Solitary part). It's a really weird show, with a creepy vibe, but it's different I'll give it that! It's also the only reality show that airs with a new episode on Saturday night (9:00pm EST). |

No I don't have Fox reality
 I thought about it once but figured it was gonna be sucky, then I find out that all the freaky stuff is happenin over there. I may add it in the future. Is it only Fox shows on it or could you find other reality TV they bought the rights to?

I'm not sure if it is all shows that were on Fox only. They have so many re-runs that I've never seen before. For instance, a few weeks back I watched a marathon of this old reality show called Lost of all things. It was very very much like Amazing Race. Then I saw another oldie called Outback Jack, which was very much like The Bachelor except they all were on an outdoor adventure on horseback and camping LOL. They also show stuff like EXtreme Dating and Blind Date, which are always fun.
I only discovered this channel by chance a few months back, so can't say if it is a "worth it" one or not. I don't watch it as much as other channels but I do now always look to see what's on it in the guide. They just mix up all kinds of stuff at random. Oh wait, they did an Amazing Race 1 marathon the other day. I didn't watch it but that is a CBS show, so I guess they do buy the rights to other shows (albeit old ones!). One bad thing about the channel though, the commercials promoting the channel suck with a capital suck! Obnoxious as hell! |

This is season 2 right? Damn.. how many eps have I missed? I find it interesting to see how people react in situations such as these--same for Big Brother. Very interesting to see how people cope.
