Spoilers Below…
Last night, I got to the part where Don WhatsHisName tries to extort about 100,000 gold from me for the Astral Dommine. I did not feel like paying that much for it, so I decided I’d rather kill him for it. I figured that since my job was to clear rats out of the borough, I mind as well start with him =). I saved right before I killed him, and did not make a huge amount of progress after that just in case this was a mistake. So, without any big spoilers can anyone tell me if I made a mistake by killing him? If there are any long-term negative effects for killing him, I’d rather just go back to my save and spend the cash. |

No. He's a source for supplies, but if you get the Astral Dominae from him, he serves no other purpose.

quote: Actually, I found it beneficial knocking him off because then the Ratsuka will be showing up for you to make Rat sushi out of. More XP and some useful items to pawn. Have fun!

I made him an offer he couldn't refuse and have never regretted it.

There shouldn't be any problem killing him, but before you do ask him about his diet secrets: he's lost a lot of weight since 7.

I didn't feel like paying him off, either.
Spoiler .... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . He has an item that can either either be very useful to a specific type of character, or sold for a LOT of money. I also got a hostile rating with the Rakuza, but after killing off a few of their groups, they now are afraid of me, and if I meet them, verbally try to convince me not to go into battle with them. Shame my felpurr bard has a personal mission mission to obliterate all rodent types !!
