Question regarding Druid´s grove

Hi all,

I just recently registered - so this is my welcome message to you all and my first question at the same time. I hope you don´t mind ...

I´m in chapter two and have completed the d´Arnise quest. Now I´m doing the Trademeet thing fighting my way throught the Druid´s grove.
Doing this I discovered the Troll´s cave. Is there any use for it in a later quest ??? Or is it just a sort of nice side-kick ???

Welcome to the Ironworks Forums.

To answer your question, the Troll Mound is not used in any quests as far as I know, although it might be connected to some of the Druid's Stronghold Quests. I am pretty sure though, that you can safely clear it out and retrieve some nice weapons and equipment inside the Troll Mound. Be careful though, because as its' name implies, it is infested with a lot of Trolls.

The Troll Mound is also used as a landmark in the Limited Wish Quest, but that is about it.

The troll's cave is not a part of any quest that I am aware of, except for the limited wish, but as Dundee said, there are a couple of good items there, in the loot from different people.
