Can someone tell me where I can find the latest patch for ToB because when I use shadowkeeper I cant initiate dialogue with anyone.

Yes, I had the same problem. I guess you're running under Windows XP, right?

Just follow this link and install the patch and you should be okay:

It fixed the problem for and I hope for you too.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think I got my TOB patch at the Ironworks BG2 section. Not sure but try Baldurdash for their BG2 Fix patch if they are not already a closed site. Make sure that you have the latest Shadowkeeper which can also be found at Ironworks BG2 section. If none of the above works, you can try GameSpot.com.
