The fact that World of Warcraft is gonna be such a mindblowing MMORPG, specially since I am a huge warcraft fan, and I won't be able to play due to monthly payments. I need a job for money. We also have a modem, and they say it will be playable, but i expect lag. I am so angry. I can only pay for one thing. I'm 14, and I could get a job, just a good paying one. I could only pay for one, optimum online monthly charges of WoW when it comes out. I just need to vent. Thank god WoW will be awhile before it comes out, it gives me some time to plan this out...

Anyways, how much does the monthly for a MMORPG cost

And is anyone else really interested in this game.

Last I read, WoW will charge US$10 a month. Count yer blessing, us Asians be cursed with the exchange rate. The British though, should be rejoicing.

To get US$10, you just need to forfeit two Happy Meals a month.

Oh, forget about using a modem. Sureeee, it will be "playable" over a modem, but whether it will be bearable is a different story.

Me? I'm gonna to be a Human Mage (would choose a Sorcerer, but no such option ). Me friends be an Orc Grunt and 2 Night Elf Archers.

Personally, I hope this game will never reach the shelves. I'm still too bloody young to throw away my entire life by playing games Seriously, I'm gonna get hooked by this baby, just like SC&BW....

ME WILL GET!!!!!!

I want it, a lot of the features look good. But the main question- waht type of character? I am soon starting the d20 Warcraft PnP as a player. DM has allowed trolls, so I am going for a Troll that will become a witchdoctor styled thing. Wabadingo!

The fee would be around $10-$15, right now I pay $13 which works out as ~£10.50 for Planetside. That is cancelled in time for WoW.

I have now began looking at it like one drink less a week.

hmm, 10-15 a month, not to bad. And modem playing will probably be bearable, i play quake 3 online and its not that bad...

and i'm hooked by the options and the land. I am gonna be a dwarf, a human, and an orc. It says you can have up to 3 different character, or something like that. The human lands i wanna see, because I wanna see how the scourge has ravaged the land.

But should I pay for a cable modem, or WoW??? Thats if i get a steady job, not to many places hire 14 yr olds. I can get a summer job as lifeguard pool duty, and it pays like 300-400 for 2 months, and all i need to take is some first aid classes and such.

Yes, they do release an awful lot of MMORPG's right now. Perhaps that's the future of gaming.
