I'm in the puzzle canal with a monk doing the pilgrim quests but I don't know how to get past that big shiny barrier. (If I'm meant to go through it).
I.....Need.....Help......Please?

Do you have to stay under till you basically lost most of your HP?

I suppose the reward is goofy, but I was roughing up Vivec the other day and I thought I'd drop in to see what the shrine was all about, but nothing happened. I'm guess I didn't stay under long enough.
