Darius asked me to rescue a pilgrim from an outcast Ashlander camp outside of Ald Velothi. The pilgrims name is Madura Seran. And when i asked a local about the pilgrim, he said that the Ashlanders have a small camp just south of the village, that they took her there and to look for the camp past the lighted tree, up on the hill. What lighted tree? I didn't see anything and i've been all the way south from Ald Velothi to Gnisis and found scratch. Does anyone know where the camp/Madura Seran is?

Just wondering if you were looking for the right thing....I can more easily see a blighted tree (withered/dead) than I can a "lighted" one...unless they strung up some christmas lights.

i dont know about the quest, and although you may call it cheating, you can always use the console. type in

placeatpc, "madura seran",1,1,1

only do that as a last resort.

actually, there is just one ashlander tent just a little bit south of ald velothi. comb the area immediately south of ald veloth and keep the tall guard tower (outpost) within site.

Cheating? I don't think so. I still couldn't find her. Maybe i already found the camp before the quest, but i didn't realize it. How does it look like? Is it near the coast? What are Ashlanders? Is the camp inside or outside?

play the main mission a bit, if you read what they tell you to get you will learn a LOT about ashlanders. basically, they are native dunmer who despise all outlanders. they live in tent-like dwellings, and will normally have a bad diposition to you.

The camp is just within stone throw of ald velothi. If you climb the tower of ald velothi you can probably see it. It's somewhere west of ald velothi ( look at your map ), if you follow the road from gnisis to ald velothi look out to you left side. it is before you reach ald velothi.

Thanks Kakero, i finally found it. I don't know why i missed it so many times. But the thing is, it was kinda of like South-West and not just South, like it said.
