I need some Pen&Paper rules!

Hey I want to know how a typical Pen&Paper session goes. Would someone mind telling me how you create a character, and how the game is played? What exactly does the DM do, stuff like that. I know you guys know! I've got a good idea, but I can't do anything without some rules!

Oh and if you'd like post the class and race you'd like to be. I wonder what an IW pen&paper session would be like? Bwhahahahaha [img]graemlins/evillaughter1.gif[/img]

If you fancy getting in to D&D then try this link:

There is a free trial game, That contains all you will need to play. Its only small and a isn't very detailed, but it gives you an Idea of what PnP Dungeons and Dragons is like to play.
