Okay,my uncle Darrel was arrested because he fell asleep in the grass on a curb by a highway and he got 20 years for it when people who commited murder got about 1 to 5 years. They story is my uncle and some of his friends were having a party and the room was so smokey that he had to go outside to just smoke on his own.He could'nt get behind a bush or anything because if a cop saw him he could get arrested or something. So he finished his cig and went inside and he did'nt know which door to go into becaus eit was like an apartement/hotel thing.Since it was 3:00 in the morning he could'nt go around knocking on doors asking is this where the partys at?
So he went outside and sat on the curb and laid back into the grass and ya know how good it feel swhen your really tired and you lay down and he soon he feel asleep and when he woke up he had to guns pointing at his head.SO my question...should I sue?

Methinks he could probably appeal against the excessive sentence.

What type of grass was he lying in? I don't think you are knowing the whole story here. 20 years for lying in the ditch? nah.

Er... very odd. Sorry to piss on your parade, but how in the hell could *you* sue over something that happened to someone else? It don't work like that.
