That name rings a bell, but a little context would help. Why are you looking for him?
There may be a sarano manor inside the manor district.

I think the Sarano manor is outside, on the right of the Skar.

Well I didnt get the option to ask...but I found her, she is actually a priestess in the Temple in Ald Ruhn. I wanted to know because I rescued a Redoran and he said I should talk to her.
But problem solved, now!
