heh heh anywhow do Sorcerors become POWERFUL REAlLY POWERFUL in TOB if so let me know and I hate to admit it but but..............Dundee you are right Sorcerors are better *sob sob sob* How much XP do you lose as a mage if you coppy a scroll oh and TOMMROW IS MY BIRHTDAY!!!!

Sythe, you shouldn't lose any exp. by copying scrolls. According to the data I recieve you actually get more exp. when recording scrolls.

When scribing scrolls, you receive experience following this formula: Spell Scribed level x 1000. Therefore, scribing a level one spell wil give 1000 EXP, for level two, 2000 EXP.

You aren't really losing EXP, rather, you're just not gaining it, which gives Mages an unfair advantage over Sorcerors.

Sorcerors are still the best, though.

Sorcerers of course, can get the spell Imprisonment while still in SoA. Poor Mages have to wait until they reach ToB to get it. This is just one example, there are other spells that exist only in ToB, but a Sorcerer can get in SoA.

A Sorcerer does not need to go scroll hunting. What he/she wants, he/she gets.
