LOL, so, loosely, it would be, "The foolish are surprised by fools, stupid bastards, I am Viconia!" That sounds like her lovable talk,

Correct translation (one with some sense) is "The foolish and unwary find surprises and among them, waiting death! Beware, I am Viconia"
Check this, this, and this out.

Usstan uil lil alurl!

Sorry about URL thing.

Perhaps you mean "Usstan zah dost" which I'm unsure... "Usstan" means "This one" or "Me". Kah Nah? Khaless Nau means, roughly, "No trust"

Oh, Kaltia, what does a 15y/o girl have to be sad about? Wait, stop, I can't believe that I said that, don't tell me!!!! Khaless nah? Well, I guess she could be saying that, since "No trust" is kind of Viconia's watchwords. But she says Usstan zha dost, or something similar to it, and she says it in the tone of voice which would be in "Yes, sir," or "I will do it."

She says "Jal Khaless zha waela" which translates as "all trust is foolish" As well.

Easy. "Ustan zhah dost" means "I am yours"

All those ust- words seems to refer to one self. Except "ust" alone which means "one" or "first".
