A motorist hits a pedestrian, then drives *3 miles* to the Sunshine Skyway with the victim stuck in the windshield.
And the driver probably won't even be charged...

I like where the article say "Neither the name of the driver nor the name of the victim was released Wednesday.", but when you look at the picture with the maps it says "Ralph Parker, 93, was driving his 2002 Chevrolet Malibu..."
