Another difference about difficulty is a certain puzzle in one of the quests. In the PC version if you make a mistake the puzzle reset and you have to start it from scratch. On console it doesn't and you can just brute force each steps without consequences.

No, single player only. Would be a huge undertaking to make it MPer. The kinda work only an expansion could properly do.

I've started planning to upgrade my computing hardware for this game Going to set me back a little bit, but that's what student loans are for I was thinking of buying a cordless xbox gamepad as well, so I could play comfortably from my lazyboy, but I'm not sure...I'm just not used to console type devices, since I've always been a keyboard and mouse kinda guy.
Any opinions on that? Does it work really well with a pad, or should I just stick it out with kb&mouse?
