Its whichever one you like most. The best kit is an opinion thing and thus differs from person to person.

There are a LOT of kits in TDD!
I like many of the Bard kits and I absolutely love most of the new Cleric kits (priest of Mystra, Warlock, priest of Shar). Bladesingers kick major butt and some of the new Druid kits (Aerial druid and Justifier) look cool. IMHO none of the new Paladin kits are as good as regular Cavaliers, and none of the new Thief kits are better than the old Thief kits ... at least none of the ones available for Humans. the TDD data files are readable by the infinity engine, so the editors should also be able to work with them.
hacks modify data files and expect them to not only be in a certain format but to contain certain data, which TDD might displace. some will work, some will require modification to be TDD compatible. go to www.teambg.com for more info. the cynical might ask why this was asked given the second sticky thread on page one, but maybe there is a legit answer.
