Questions on polymorphing into wolf

I also use that cloak only for fun - not real use of changing into wolf at level 5 with magical weapon. Concerning that spell, the scrolls for sure are in BG, but I have ToSC installed. But I think it is 4th level spell, so you should be able to use it.
