Anomen (him fighting over me with kelsey ), later on exchanged to Soulafein
I suggest you drop minsc for Mazzy. You have no solid archer type person in your group. Mazzy in some ways is better than Minsc but if you insist on the shear strength and brutality try to use Minsc as more of the Ranger(archer) that he is instead of the Tank that everyone wants him to be.

That's why when I use them both, I never put a single slot in dual wield for Anomen; give him a great shield and he's all set, especially since Keldorn is using a two-handed weapon (and needs the gauntlets more up front).

Welcome to Ironworks!

Yes, they are quite good. Tyrion was probably considering the ranger/cleric to get the enhanced priest spellcasting (both druid and cleric spells), with the dual wielding tanking ability second. Unfortunately, the barbarian has no spellcasting ability, so probably not what Tyrion is looking for. Then again, I could be wrong, but then why not just play a straight ranger if that is the case?

Barbarians are great tanks, especially with the enrage ability.
