For me, the Binal Fattle (TM) is pretty much like any other fight: Stealth, Stealth, Stealth. Have a look around, see where the bad guys are, and disarm any Traps while you're at it. A curious result of this tactic in the last battle is that the enemies do some of your Divide & Conquer bit for you: After Sarevok finishes his conversation with your (Invisible) Thief, Semaj foolishly Dimension Doors righ in front of your party, who will be all to happy to turn him into a pincushion and mail him back to the Iron Throne headquarters, C.O.D. (giftwrapped, of course). After the Dumbest Mage in Faerun is out of the way, it's time to buff your party (might I ask what the heck you're saving all those Potions FOR, if you're not gonna drink them NOW?), and also assume that Sarevok is probably buffed. So, a Dispel Magic from out of his sight range is pretty non-cheesy, and it's at this point that you discover he has backup. But Sarevok's in front, so a character with Boots/Oil/Haste (2 out of 3) can easily lure him away and abandon him in a corner. Lure 'em & Leave 'em, that's the way to stay alive in this world. You can draw Tazok away in the same manner. Kill them 1 by 1 if you want, or just proceed directly to the main course. Sarevok is indeed a melee monster, but any good Tank, hopped up on every Potion you can muster, will easily take him down all by himself, so if you've been saving your Potions, this fight should be a piece of cake.
