What I said was not quite accurate. I didn't "pay" but gave the ordinator a writ. After that, still no-one in the bar wanted to talk to me.

HAHAHA, are you sure you killed the right dude? even so, maybe you just need to use HIGH chameleon spells and kill him without being seen.
