i heartily disagree. he is one of the better characters in the game. sure, he betrayed you, but he really didn't have a choice. he is a good trapper, a likely cantidate for dualing to a fighter, and is much less irritating than EVERYONE ELSE YOU COULD POSSIBLY HAVE!!

Apparently you feel Jan is annoying. The only one in my party who dislikes Jan is Anomen, and you know what? Anomen can go shove it. (Although Jan apparently gets on Mazzy's nerves as well, in ToB, and Mazzy's pretty darn cool.) Even Jan's "I-don't-like-our-reputation-being-this-high" saying is funny.

But Yoshimo is a very good character, too, I agree. Excellent stats, solid Fighter/Thief potential....I just wish he wasn't a Bounty Hunter. Great Critical Hit line: "DIEEEEE!!!!..........yeah!"

jan is mildly irritating at times, but yoshi is never irritating at all. at least jan's irritude is canceled by his hilarity factor, while all yoshi gets is "HIIIIYAHH!! The tourists love that stuff!" and, to slayer666,
