Um, if I were a NATION, I'd file suit with the ICJ and bring resolutions before the UN Security Council. Palestine doesn't have that option.

Note that if the neighbor builds the fence over the property line, and you ignore it long enough, courts will hold you to have given up your right to the property. But, so long as you're fighting to keep/regain it, this rule (a "statute of limitations") doesn't apply.

Israel should have killed Arrafat years ago. Why must they be forced to deal with this monster. In fact they should let their snipers take him out.The Palestinians are idiots for letting this guy stay in power. He's brought nothing but suffering to them and he has stolen hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars from them. He's just another two bit dictator not a statesman.

The Israeli administration never said that they would expel Arafat imidiatly. Rather it is a statement of intent - Israel will not negotiate with Arafat (and will throw him out if the oppotunity arraises)

First of all i will adress skunk. What are your sources of info? Cnn? bbc? they are as objective as you, which is to say none at all. I live here for over 13 years now, close to 14. They did it on the basis that it could not be worse (they thought that the first intifadah was bad. hah!). The palestinians never asked him to be here. He was imposted on them by Oslo limited. Now they hate us because of it. And you know what? i understand them. The "elections" were won by his secret police.
I know arabic very well. studied it for six years and did final exams on it with the final mark of 88%. I read their press almost fluently, and whatch their news and understand almost every word. And then i decided, 2 years ago, to check their history books. I have a palestinian friend (his father built our house), and he showed to me his history book. Israel there is "cionist criminal world movement achievement". As a state it does not exists. All of the lands (including the 67 borders) are under controll of the state of palestine. They say that all the jews that live here are criminals etc.
What are we taught in school? While i agree that we do have some idiots that claim that they are sons of the satan, they are a minority. If they teach that and are caught, they are thrown into jail. See the difference?

The fence should be gone to 67 borders, i agree. And the majority of our settlements (a totally incorrect word. The arabs use word that means-legacy of fathers, the same as we use. But the west does not use it. go figure). shall be gone too. Jerusalem should be international, and the palestinians will disarm their terrorrists and accept that they will not have refugees into our land (within 67 borders).
This is how i view it. We shall not give 100% of the territories, it is impossible economically (we have to place the people from there, somwhere in our land, which will cost more than 30,000,000,000 dollars USA. (30 billion). But we will return 95 or 97 percent.
