Man, that was great! Seriously. Michael Moore is awesome; I love people that Liberal. But who takes what he says as the absolute truth? Maybe some stupid Americans, of which there are many millions. But still.

Dadams, there are alot of Europeans who buy into his lies. And Illumina, Moore is not the Foxnews of the left, He's the CBS of the left. His movies are full of fraud and lies.

Fox News doesn't lean to the right very much, IMHO. It's the closest thing you'll find to the truth, because sensationalism is what sells. That's why there are so many liberal tv networks.
F--- Mike Moore. His lies are a cancer for those in society who don't know how to think for themselves. Dadams, get a grip with the whole "stupid americans" thing.

I like him because he provides a much-needed balance for the right wingnuts. Ann Coulter comes immediately to mind.

Now if you have evidence that the President of the USA intentionally looked at the intel and said something differant then what the intel, lead him to believe present it!!!! I can present evidence, encluding the most resent reports at show the intel was wrong, and the President of the USA was given bad intel on which he based his decesion. I bet you can not present evidence that the intel was right and the President of the USA intentionally mislead the nation. Oh you may find 1 or 2, yes ONLY peices of intel that were right. But anybody that is going to be intellectually honest must wiehg those 1 or 2 pieces of intel against the 100's if not 1,000's of pieces of intle that said something differant. It doesn't bother me if anybody wants to be intellectually honest or not, I'm all grown-up I have made my choice about the opinions of the intellectually honest & intellectually dishonest.

or the second sample letter that says;"In the early morning hours of May 10, one month to the day from my 30th birthday, I and 12 other men were attacked in a well-executed roadside ambush in south-east Baghdad. We were attacked with small-arms fire, a rocket-propelled grenade, and two well-placed roadside bombs. These roadside bombs nearly destroyed one of our Hummers and riddled my friends with shrapnel, almost killing them. They would not have had a scratch if they had the "Up Armour" kits on them. So where was [George] W [Bush] on that one?" I'll answer his question, (something I bet MM doesn't do) answer: President Bush pushed a $87 billion bill to get additional exiptment(sp?) and armour to the troops, a bill John Kerry voted against in a tax protest, the apologized for misspeaking not for miss voting. AfterJK cleary said "we have to seperate the warriors from the WAR" Good job of seperating there John-boy! Let's see how you seperated them shall we? JK voted for authorization to go to WAR, if fact he said if you don't think the WAR was right DON"T VOTE for me then he voted against giving the warriors additional supplies they needed. I wish JK's boys would have the testonerone producing gland to take JK up on his Don't vote for me line, but I won't hold my breath on that one. Or prehaps sample letter #3"People's perceptions of this war have done a complete 180 since we got here. We had someone die in a mortar attack the first week, and ever since then" Letter#7"The Iraqi resistance was insanity. I spent many nights lying awake after mortar rounds had just struck areas nearby, some coming close enough to throw rocks against my tent." "I have personally been afraid for my life more days than I can count. We lost our first man only a few weeks before our tour was over, but it seems that all is for nothing because all we see is hostility and anger over our being there" Let's try #8 "However, the position we were put in - fighting an enemy that used women, children, and other civilians as shields; forcing us to choose between firing at "area targets" (nice way of saying firing into crowds) or being killed by the bastards using the crowds for cover - is indescribably horrible. I saw more than a few dead children littering the streets in Nasiriyah, along with countless other civilians." That's what 5 out of 9, Hmmmm Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm now what was that quote?... Oh yeah, "Someone obviously didn't read the sample letters." Now here's my quote: Somebody ought to be thankful their arguement isn't a World Series cause they would have lost 4-3 ![]() ![]() As clearly stated all letters fall under the preview of "seeing bodies, or being under fire" Harris struts around the bases having hit another Grandslam. ![]() [ 10-08-2004, 02:23 PM: Message edited by: John D Harris ]

Kerry voted for authorization to go to war, and entered written statements into the congressional record that his support was conditional on trying once more with the UN, and on coming up with some funding from somewhere -- namely a rollback on tax cuts for the rich. He then voted against issuing that little monkee boy a big fat $87 billion dollar unfunded check that did not conform to the conditions he'd laid out. And, had that bill not passed, the Repugs would have had another version up for a vote in days, one that would have included some of the very fair Democratic demands -- such as funding -- and didn't just roll over and beg the administration for some more fiscal ram-rodding. Bush has never made money for anyone doing anything in his whole life. He has succeeding in running every business into the ground, and with $5 trillion in debt, he's doing it to the country. But, you've bought the rhetoric. And, Harris sucks at baseball. [ 10-08-2004, 03:34 PM: Message edited by: Timber Loftis ] |
