Whoa.. that would have made an excellent comic. A Half-Ape, Half-Man superwarrior escapes from Stalins labs and, with both the CIA and the KGB hot on his heels, moves to New York to fight crime.

Ethics aside, the country who first produces a half-man half-ape superwarrior would be in a seriously powerful position. No more worrying about sending the young men of the country out to die when you could clone an army of super monkeys.
