The fact that the dentist didn't have to do a thing for the past 9 years says enough.

I brush twice a day, when i get up, and before i go to bed. I rarely flush though. It's a big help that i hardly eat candy or sweets, only an occasional "dubbelzout droppie".

Ouch! Poor you, it was a few years ago now that I got them out but I still remember how horrible it was! Swelled up like a chipmunk. I had each side done separately so that looked attractive . Did you have a general or local anesthetic? I had a local, and it is NOT fun when you're sitting there awake and you hear the dentist say 'gee this is a tough one! Better get the drill!'

Lotsa jelly and ice cream for you!

I brush my teeth twice a day, rarely floss (only toothpicks), don't use mouthwash but often flush my mouth with water after I'v eaten something, and visit the dentist once a year for a check up. I haven't had any problems the last ten years.

See they're all fine...

BTW Aelia, up to four times a day? Isn't that damaging to the dental enamel?
