I hear the dreaded click sound in my HD - Page 2

but the problem is still there where i dont know which hard drive has the clicking sound (the click happens once in a while like I said)

You're going to have to bite the bullet and unplug the power lead from one of the hard drives. Work from the other one and see if you can still hear clicks over the next couple of days.

It's the only way you're going to be able to tell which one it is if your scans are coming up negative and you can't hear which one it is. You could maybe see what the SMART system on your drives reports as that may pick up errors on the disk that scan disk doesn't. You'll need to google it though as I don't know how to do it in Windows.
