Yeah! We've gone from three empty suits to two empty suits.

Yay!! Someone finally won. After more than half of year struggle. We can finally live in peace now.

Oh wait! Then there's the incoming presidency election. Now how long would that take?

It should be over sometime in november. Unless my understanding of my own country's electoral system is horrendously lacking. (which actually for the most part it is, but I think I've at least got that detail down)

Are you suggesting we all tune in to Fox News?

I've been following Obama's campaign through his Youtube channel almost religiously... He was my second choice after Kucinich.

Even though I don't think Hillary would make the best VP, it would be great (and possibly vital) if she got it. Those darn stubborn Hillary supporters who'd rather go McCain than Obama. Of course there are Obama supporters who wouldn't have voted Clinton either.

But as always, swing voters will probably decide the election. People who don't know where they stand on policies, who don't know where the candidates stand on policies, and don't care about policies. It's all about image.

If it is all about image then Obama will definitely choose a female VP though not necessarily Clinton, maybe Caroline Kennedy?

I would not be surprised to see McCain choose Condelezza Rice as his VP

Hope not, her popularity is virtually the same as Bush.

I think he's got to avoid a "Bush insider"... I really think the democrats are trying to play on the "first black / first woman" thing, and have been doing so for a while. For the Republicans to do the same thing would be a lot of "me too", which doesn't help you win sales or elections.

Maybe Bungleau... but if the Repugs announced first?

Of course that would be a shame because it would stink of tokenism where as Hilary at least, love her or hate her, has shown ability to run for office under her own steam.
