Battle.net does indeed stink. But you can either find an alternative (Lurker Lounge, Amazon Basin, rest-in-peace DSF, etc.) or play singleplayer as I do. [img]tongue.gif[/img] I think that a community where the majority thinks cheating is okay, or a part of the game, and cheaters are people deserving respect, isn't a good gaming community. (Anyone ever try GameSpy or multiplayer Starsiege?)

As for the mutiny, just call me Mr. Fletcher. Or Mr. Starbuck, whichever you prefer. ("Make it so, Mr. Starbuck!" )

For some reason, the Baldur's Gate series takes great delight in ruining the reputation of bards. Garrick, Eldoth, and Haer'Dalis are good examples of how NOT to build a bard. When a bard with decent DEX and CON buffs well and goes into defensive spin, it's pure magic. When Haer'Dalis tries it, it makes me want to backwhack him with Blackblood.
