Oreyn is that dark elf male with the two body guards AND they are standing next to a dead netch or whatever & Oreyn is bragging that he killed it but actually its his Orc bodyguard. Yeah sounds like that's the guy you killed. Hmm, maybe you do have a bug. I remember doing this quest and from recollection, I think I got the helmet off of Oreyn instead of Malacath. I don't remember exactly but I think that's what happened. Or you can just cheat that in. Hope everything works out OK for you Pufferfish in spite of the bug if that's what that is.
