I will tell you why I got mine. Calvin and Hobbes, because I was just like Calvin when I was a kid. Only child, best friend was a stuffed animal, an inquisitive buthead, etc...
Palani is the middle name of my best friend that died 8 years ago. Out of honor on that one... Does this explain things? It's an extremely personal affair, tattoos. Some go overboard out of addiction, some do it out of peer pressure, and some do it for personal reasons.
