I hate Greater Wolfwere's ... any solo'er has to be in optimum shape to even attempt to start thinking about eventualy one day maybe slightly injuring one .. for a sec. or two anywayz

Magic solo'ers dont have this problem though, but it costs a lot of spells, and thiefs with a decent backstab have a chance too .. but facing more than one it starts to get annoying

? Never had a problem with Greater Wolfweres. People keep on saying that they are impossible to kill, but they are easily killed... ...

I rate Umber Hulks to be more dangerous than Greater Wolfweres. The thing is... although they regenerate fast, they have very little HP, so just strike fast and they will fall.

Beholders, if you take on more than one in a fair fight (no anti-beholder items) they are extremely hard, and you can't backstab them.

Just gotta be the Dragons, all the Dragons i fought in BG2 and TOB were insanely hard to beat(with the possible exception of the Shadow Dragon). But since Dragons are more of a boss creature I'd have to say Beholders and all Beholder kin purely because of the devastatingly diferent amount of attacks they have : death ray, petrification etc. And Guaths are by no mean a walkover as they always seem to go after my spellcasters with their un-relenting gaze attacks.

And Greater Wolfweres are by no means easliy killed they regenerate at a spectacular rate and if you get more than one of them at you then it can takes a while to take 'em out.

Beholders. I watched the D and D movie, there was a beholder in that, and I had to be restrained 'cause I was about to put a foot through the screen

Fighting a drow party can be very irritating, especially if they have almost the same levels as your party.. They have all the power and magic resistance to boot. Very time-consuming if you like to cast Improved Alacrity and fire Magic Missiles and Flame Arrows left and right..
